Career highlights: • 0 - 1 PRODUCT LAUNCHES: Product managed Kaiser Permanente's transition from paper-based care to electronic medical records. Led team of product managers to launch experience that digitally onboards ~1.5M new Kaiser members annually. Built analytical toolsets to scale operations at One Medical Group in the early stage startup phase. • STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS: Partnered with companies including Google, Samsung, Intermountain Healthcare, Microsoft, and KenSci to design and co-develop pilots for artificial intelligence, chronic condition management, and virtual care solutions to enhance care delivery. • CLINICAL PRODUCT MANAGEMENT: Oversaw product development and expanded use of predictive modeling tool to help caregivers prevent adverse chronic condition related events and lower costs.
