Jessica Radley is the CEO of Nectome and the driving force behind its transition from breakthrough science to real-world impact. She joined the company in 2018 as Chief of Staff and stepped into the CEO role in 2025 to lead its commercialization. Prior to Nectome, Jessica founded Chroma AI and Adaptive Medical Systems, where she applied her interdisciplinary approach to solving complex technical challenges in emerging fields, and developed machine learning software solutions to defend users against cyberattacks. Her interdisciplinary background gives her a unique lens to connect scientific innovation with ethical responsibility and market execution. Jessica now leads a multidisciplinary team working at the frontier of neuroscience, longevity, and technology.
