In his current role, Nitesh is responsible for driving Mindsprint’s business growth strategy, deepening client relationships, forging impactful partnerships with domain leaders, and positioning Mindsprint as a trusted digital transformation partner. Prior to Mindsprint, Nitesh was at Birlasoft for 17 yrs where he served as the Global P&L Head for the Life Sciences business. Nitesh is based in New Jersey.
