Pathways to Parenthood

With 20+ years of experience in management consulting and multinational corporations, I have now stepped into entrepreneurship as a founder—where my passion, expertise, and personal journey converge. I founded Pathways to Parenthood, for individuals and couples 35+ facing fragmented, costly, taxing paths to parenthood, Pathways to Parenthood is an AI-powered care platform that orchestrates IVF, donor gametes, surrogacy, and adoption—matching providers, automating logistics, and personalizing navigation. Unlike point solutions, our AI concierge integrates medical, legal, and financial steps. I founded Archaea, dedicated to advancing responsible AI practices through education and awareness. My contributions are in defining the best practices of safe and trustworthy AI; as member of IEEE P7003 working group on Algorithmic Bias, workshop participant on Explainable AI principles NIST.IR.8312. I speak on responsible AI to families on principles of trust, privacy, fairness, and sustainability. I engage with innovation circles in Cambridge, New York, San Francisco and Zurich, following completion of MS Business Analytics at Stern Business School. Before that, I led key strategic initiatives, like global cost-saving initiative in supply chain and operations for a $3B B2B. In management consulting, across MENA region, Europe, Canada and the US, with Booz Allen Hamilton, PwC Canada, and Marsh Risk Consulting, I served government and public sector clients. Let’s connect to explore how we can innovate responsibly—at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and human-centered design.
