Dimitri Arges is a seasoned digital health executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience, having been at the forefront of the industry since its inception. Throughout his entrepreneurial career, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to innovate, scale, and lead transformative initiatives across the rapidly evolving digital health landscape. Mr. Arges has pioneered multiple patient- and provider-focused solutions that have advanced care delivery and system efficiency, including online pharmacy platforms, electronic prescribing, wireless point-of-care medication safety systems, remote patient monitoring, and early telemedicine technologies. His work has fostered strategic collaborations with global leaders such as Cisco, CVS Health, Baxter, Jabil, Amazon Web Services, NVIDIA, UC San Diego, Mayo Clinic and Johnson & Johnson. He currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Polyview Health, a Silicon Valley based agentic AI intelligence firm, and previously co-founded 4L Data Intelligence, an Insurtech company. Both organizations leverage advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning to enable value based decision making, improve network optimization, mitigate generative AI deepfakes and enhance patient outcomes. A central focus of these platforms is addressing the estimated $1 trillion in annual fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) that burdens the US healthcare system. Mr. Arges also contributes his expertise as a member of multiple advisory boards for emerging technology and healthcare organizations. He co-founded the Connected Health Initiative at the Center for Wireless Communications at the University of California, San Diego, underscoring his ongoing commitment to advancing digital health innovation. He earned a BA in Chemistry from Indiana University and pursued MBA studies at Purdue University. Mr. Arges was also nominated as a San Diego Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
